Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Reporting Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and improving all aspects of internal and external reporting across the organization. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights using advanced Excel and BI tools, supporting decision-making at local and group level.

This role requires a high level of independence, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full-cycle of internal reporting (financial, commercial, operational) – weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc
  • Design and maintain complex Excel models for performance tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Build and optimize dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data used for strategic decision-making
  • Analyzing and evaluating operational processes in terms of their economic efficiency, proposing improvements and corrective measures.
  • Execution of month/year end closing process from FP&A perspective, in accordance with the methodology adopted in the group and the cluster.
  • Supporting business decision-making by proactively identifying opportunities and threats and assessing their impact on the business.
  • Oversee the technical landscape of reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, automated reporting), including administration, setting development standards, and maintaining performance and stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial) to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions
  • Automate manual reporting processes and improve data flows wherever possible
  • Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
  • Support external audit and compliance reporting as needed
  • Contribute to data governance and ensure alignment with global reporting standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in reporting, financial analysis, or business intelligence
  • CFA, CIA or other international qualification would be highly appreciated.
  • Proven expertise in Advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, complex formulas)
  • Solid experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI) – building reports, DAX formulas, data modeling
  • Strong understanding of financial KPIs, P&L, and performance metrics
  • Experience in a multinational environment, with ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Big 4 experience would be considered as a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Charisma)
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Experience working in retail, FMCG, or service industries
