About the role

Sievo’s Modernization team oversees making Sievo’s product innovations available for all our customers! What this means in practice: we plan and coordinate new feature rollouts with our Product and client facing teams as well as implement technical improvements across Sievo’s customer environments. We make sure that all Sievo’s customers have the latest and greatest product features in use and know how to make the best out of them!

We are now looking for a Rollout Consultant to join our Modernization team in Bucharest. This full-time role is a great way to start a career at Sievo and in procurement analytics. This truly cross-functional position is a mix of technical tasks, project management and communication. You’ll be exposed to different solution areas, environments and configurations as well as to new Sievo features from the start. You will work with QlikSense and SQL/database, but you will also be involved in reporting and internal/external communication. You will collaborate closely with our customer success, project implementation and product teams.

As a Rollout Consultant, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate rollouts of new features and updates with different stakeholders independently according to standard processes
  • Identify risks that could impact the rollout (technical, operational or user related) and develop plans to mitigate risks
  • Execute rollouts by planning and configuring new features and updates following best practices
  • Monitor rollout progress by tracking rollout status, resolve issues and adjust plans as needed
  • Keep rollout stakeholders informed on rollout status, issues and changes by creating and updating rollout documentation
  • Participate in the continuous development of internal processes and ways of working

We expect that you:

  • Are organized and have attention to detail and deadline
  • Like to plan, coordinate and follow through several tasks simultaneously
  • Are at ease with facilitating discussions and managing stakeholders
  • Are familiar with SQL – you can follow scripts and understand what they do
  • Are tech-savvy and quick to learn how to use new software and technologies
  • Previous experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, PowerBI for example) is a plus
  • Have some relevant work experience and/or relevant experience gathered along your studies (e.g. in technical support/ consulting/ data analysis/ project management in software context)
  • Are positive-minded and collaborative to work effortlessly with other stakeholders from various teams, but also have an independent working style to take ownership of what you do
  • Have the courage to question things and to speak up: we believe development comes from challenging the status quo
  • Prior experience or understanding of procurement would help you make a flying start but is not a prerequisite. Most importantly, we appreciate curiosity, the ability to search and apply information, taking initiative as well as a 'can-do' attitude.

Location: Hybrid role, candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.

This is a full-time, position that provides a great starting point for your career in Sievo. The salary for this position ranges from 5000 - 8000 RON/net per month.
