For our partner, a company providing specialized solutions for professional clients and offering a diverse portfolio of technical services, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Agent to represent their business across Romania.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of professional solutions used in commercial and residential projects, with the autonomy to organize your activity and build long-term client relationships.
This is a B2B position with full remote flexibility

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle: presentations, offers, negotiations, and follow-up.
- Maintain ongoing personal and phone contact with existing clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers, building a strong and sustainable client network.
- Conduct field sales activities across Romania (minimum 4 days per week).
- Contribute to the development of regional sales strategies.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Advanced Romanian language skills (written and spoken).
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with the international team.
- Completed secondary education.
- Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
