(Must-have)
- Education: Higher (preferably Economics).
- Experience: minimum 2 years in relevant projects in sales/commercial analysis
- Key skills: analytical thinking; ability to structure problems; clear communication under pressure; data collection & synthesis; presentation & networking; fast learning; comfort with complex situations.
- Behavioral skills: execution, customer orientation (internal/external), teamwork, continuous learning, decision & problem solving.
- Tools/exposure: Nielsen and Real Sales type source analysis
- Excel, power BI si SAP si CRM
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to commercial policies and execution standards in FMCG.
- Experience in interdepartmental reporting (Sales–Finance).

Mission of the role
Plans and coordinates designated projects within the Sales & Planning Department, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and alignment with company policies. Provides sales analysis/reporting and monitors budgets & discounts.
• Performs analysis and reports (e.g. Nielsen, Real Sales).
• Management of development and change projects within the sales department.
• Plans and builds the annual budgets of the sales department.
• Participates in the implementation of execution standards according to company policies.
• Comply with internal procedures and maintain periodic communication/reporting to management.
• Maintains the confidentiality of commercial information.
