About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and proven retail experience. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, monitoring store-level budgets and expenses, and creating insightful dashboards that support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple sources (internal and external).
- Develop clear, accurate, and timely business performance reports for management.
- Analyze sales results, store performance, and customer trends, providing clear recommendations to management.
- Provide forecasts, trends, and recommendations that support both operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor, improve and report on store budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency.
- Provide forecasts, variance analyses, and business insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Support budgeting and planning processes across the retail network.
- Support the implementation of new procedures, tools, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Analyst / Business Analyst, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), preferable
