- Minimum level of education.
- Sales experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people.
- Attention to detail, neatness, and accuracy.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Clean criminal record.
Performance Objectives:
- Achieve sales targets and plans.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Deliver clean and ready vehicles to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Resources and Tools:
- Computer and office supplies.
- Access to vehicle information, programs, and equipment.
- Regional legislation and professional literature.
- Sell new and used vehicles.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to vehicle sales.
- Communicate with banks and financing providers.
- Order vehicles not in stock.
- Prepare pro forma invoices and invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Organize and conduct test drives.
- Clean, prepare price lists, and maintain vehicles.
- Care for test vehicles and showroom appearance.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and vehicle handover.
- Manage vehicle storage, acceptance, and release.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of displayed vehicles.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
- Follow instructions from Sales and Service Center Manager, Sales Operation Leader, Company Manager, and Deputy Manager.
