-Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Electromechanics (or a related field)
-3–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development (preferably in B2B industrial / energy / equipment sectors)
-Understanding of consultative sales processes with long cycles
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by results
-Flexibility to travel across the country
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

-Prospect and develop commercial relationships with EPC contractors, SPV developers, and other industrial integrators
-Conduct cold calling and hold direct meetings with potential clients and partners
-Understand technical specifications and prepare suitable offers
-Analyze market competition and identify relevant suppliers for ongoing projects
-Participate in SEAP public tenders, together with the Admin & Tender Manager
-Collaborate closely with the internal Technical Business Development Manager
-Report activity and achieve commercial targets
