Role Purpose
To provide operational and administrative support to the sales team by preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial and contractual documentation for clients and partners, in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements within the telecommunications and IT integration sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and update commercial contracts, annexes, addenda, and other project-related documents.
Review documents for administrative and procedural compliance according to company standards and applicable legislation.
Maintain and update the contract archive (both physical and digital).
Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely communication to all stakeholders (renewals, extensions, terminations).
Provide administrative support to the sales team during the bidding and offer preparation process (documentation, forms, presentations).
Manage commercial correspondence with clients and partners regarding documents and contracts.
Prepare periodic reports on contract status and other commercial documents.
Requirements
University degree (preferably in economics, law, or technical fields).
Minimum 32 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Contract Management, Commercial Back Office).
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM/ERP systems.
Understanding of telecommunications and IT integration terminology and processes (an advantage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
