WHAT YOU HAVE
- Proficiency in SAP S4/HANA environments. ;
- Experience in SAP BRIM, with a focus on FI-CA and FI-CI. ;
- Understanding of code and programming concepts. ;
- Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues. ;
- The ability to work both independently and as a valuable team member, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. ;
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with SAP BRIM and its systems, focusing on FI-CI explicitly and general FI-CA. ;
- Support our business units daily using Convergent Invoicing, including tasks related to Bit, Billable Item, and Invoice Corrections. ;
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise within the SAP BRIM environment. ;
- Handle feature and modification intakes, ensuring they meet project requirements. ;
- Participate in testing activities and maintain comprehensive documentation. ;
- Intake and handle incidents, resolving them effectively and efficiently. ;
- Manage stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the project team, with engineers, project owners/managers, architects, and business stakeholders. ;
