We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German speaking Senior SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP CO solutions aligned with business requirements. This role requires deep expertise in controlling processes, strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, SD and PP modules, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both IT and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Controlling (CO) modules including but not limited to:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profitability Analysis/Margin Analysis (CO-PA)
- Project Systems (PS)
- Work closely with business users and finance teams to understand requirements and provide best practice solutions.
- Manage full-cycle SAP CO project implementations and enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis, define functional requirements, and develop functional specifications for custom developments.
- Provide post-go-live support, training, and documentation to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and other modules.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay up to date with SAP innovations (S/4HANA Public Cloud, BTP, Fiori apps, etc.) and recommend relevant solutions.
- Assist with data migration and reconciliation during cutover.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants or analysts.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of management accounting and financial accounting by working in these areas for companies
- Good knowledge of business processes in the area of management accounting / controlling
- Good IT knowledge and interest
- Fluent English language skills
