As a Senior Analytics Engineer - Telecom, you will provide expert technical support for Nokia analytics products, serving as a critical link between our client and Nokia's support teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing analytics systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Your role:
- Providing first-level support for critical and high-severity issues in production systems, including troubleshooting, replicating issues in lab environments, and escalating tickets to Nokia Help Desk when necessary;
- Conducting daily alarm monitoring, routine system maintenance, and health checks during normal working hours to ensure optimal system performance;
- Collaborating with Nokia's Care team to respond to and resolve system defects within agreed contractual SLAs, creating and routing trouble tickets as required;
- Supporting on-site lab activities, product deployments, and system upgrades while monitoring and maintaining licenses installed on analytics products;
- Participating in scheduled project meetings and review calls for care and trouble tickets, serving as a technical liaison between stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Proven experience with Nokia analytics products including Traffica, ANA/FNI, NA-C, and NA-F, with hands-on installation and configuration expertise;
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking, TCP/IP, routing protocols, and firewall configurations;
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments with demonstrated Shell Scripting ability (Sh/Csh/Bash);
- Experience using network analysis tools such as Wireshark, tshark, tcpdump, and other Unix/Linux diagnostic utilities;
- Excellent communication skills with ability to document technical issues clearly using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Willingness to complete any customer-required training needed to access client sites/networks and acquire necessary access credentials.
