Senior Digital Product Lead_Digital Compliance Solutions

We are looking for a senior Digital Product Lead to join our Unicredit Digital with accountability and responsibility of the:

* run and change for a set of identified applications in terms of software implementation, configuration and maintenance
* digital programs estimations, solution proposals and delivery execution, ensuring coherence with digital strategy and plans.

Responsabilities

* Will collaborate with Business Product Owner for creating of digital products roadmap evolution, ensuring consistency and standardization of solutions cross countries and cross assets
* Will be responsible for delivery of Digital initiatives, leading end to end delivery activities from analysis of the Business requirements, solution design, estimations, implementation, UAT support and release in production for what regards Oracle FCCM competence center
* Will be ensuring a consolidate monitoring and reporting of the overall progress, in terms of achieving the targeted benefits through effective utilization of business & IT capabilities
* Monitors and supports the evolution of the backlog prioritization process, by properly maintaining overview of costs vs benefits
* Identify, monitor and manage risks: regular checkpoints with key stakeholders, in order to regularly assess the progress status and understand specific constraints of the team, acting in order to remove bottlenecks
* Ensures accurate and consolidated communication to all stakeholders
* Responsible for running the applications in scope in terms of production monitoring and fixing and run budget planning and monitoring
* Act as escalation point and empowers team members towards decisional process
* Responsible for costs monitoring of assigned digital applications and project initiatives
* To closely cooperate with other teams from business line (Factories, BRMs, Industrial Cost Planning, etc. )
* To learn and adhere to UniCredit processes and policies
* To manage Vendors according to UniCredit processes
* To perform Cross Team coordination

Qualifications & Competencies:

* Relevant degree (e.g. BSc in IT, Economics or similar, MSc is an advantage).
* At least 6 years practical project management experience in IT project management of medium to large scale IT projects, transformation & integration programs within complex, cross countries environment.
* At least 6 years practical IT application management experience
* Banking SW Application architecture, Market Package lifecycle management
* Proven Experience in managing market package products and setup of internal competence center
* Knowledge of Compliance and anti-Financial Crime processes (Customer screening, Transaction screening, Transactions monitoring etc.) is recommended.
* Budget Management
* Ability to perform under stressful con ditions
* Strong project management skills (planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and reporting on project activities
* Agile and waterfall approach experience
* Ability to drive moderate to complex cross-organizational initiatives
* Strong negotiation skills in a competing variety of stakeholders and priorities, analytical, process management and reporting skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Results driven and accountability minded
* Knowledge of agile principles, tools (e.g. JIRA) and practical experience is mandatory
