Senior Digital Product Specialist_Digital Compliance Solutions

UniCredit is seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join UniCredit Digital Compliance Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the newly setup Global Anti-financial Crime digital competence center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of UniCredit's banking operations in the compliance.

* Design, configure and maintain Oracle FCCM products licensed to UniCredit, develop SQL scripts (Oracle DB), ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of the tool.
* Collaborate with business analysts, end-users and Oracle vendor to understand requirements and translate them into technical and product configuration specifications and solutions.
* Work closely with digital and compliance functions and vendors ecosystem to ensure delivery in scope, quality, cost and time and proper level of run services.
* Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Conduct code/configuration reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide product technical support to ensure the stability and scalability of solution.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the system performance and efficiency.
* Document technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality of deliverables on projects and run.
* Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline daily banking operations and enhance customer experience.
* Adhere to UniCredit's policies and procedures, including security guidelines and coding standards, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

* 6+ years of proven experience as a Market Product Specialist and/or Technical Analyst or similar role, with a good knowledge in relational Database technology (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and technologies in the banking or financial services industry and SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) for collaborative development and version control.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholder s at all levels of the organization and vendors.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Knowledge of cloud solutions (OCI is an advantage) and integration between on premise and cloud application.
