We are seeking a Senior Intune Engineer – Device & Application Management to lead the design, deployment and management of Microsoft Intune solutions across diverse device platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise in device and application management, policy development and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure and efficient endpoint environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS devices
- Develop and implement policies for device compliance, application deployment and security baselines
- Provide technical expertise in EUC including device enrollment, configuration and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to end users
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and support teams to align Intune configurations with organizational policies
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, SOPs and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest Intune features, best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of EUC concepts, device management and mobile device management (MDM/MAM)
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
- Knowledge of security and compliance policies within Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with VMware Workspace ONE or Citrix Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
- Background in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
