Senior IT Business Analyst_Digital Compliance Solutions

Our dynamic team, belonging to Unicredit Digital Compliance, is focused on delivering tools and solutions for Anti-Financial Crime in the CE/EE area.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support and strengthen our team, both in project activities or maintaining and monitoring the tools.

* Communicate with customers and other internal/external stakeholders (Security, Compliance, Audit) to understand their requirements.
* Develop and analyze Functional Specifications (with a look at the Technical Specification for the related implementation).
* Design efficient IT solutions to meet business and technology needs.
* Able to perform third party product parameterization
* Priority and commitment as a mindset, on incidents and issues in Production environment.
* Gather feedback from end users about system performance and user experience.
* Plan and oversee internal projects (e.g., upgrades, enhancemen ts, hardware/software installations).

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst
* Knowledge about fundamentals on Compliance and anti-Financial Crime processes (Customer screening, Transaction screening, Transactions monitoring etc.) is mandatory.
* Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in understanding business requirements, translate into functional specification and IT solution
* Experience with market package configuration and parameterization
* Expected a good skill on process understanding & design with focus either in users experience and business/operation efficiency.
* Basic experience in databases, especially MS SQL Server and Oracle. Experience with SQL query language.
* Basic knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS is a plus) and integration between on premise and cloud application.
* Expected a good understanding of architectures based on micro services.
* Excelle nt communication skills: report preparation for our Business Division.
* English mandatory (B1), another language like German or any CEE language is a plus.
