We are seeking a Senior Finance Functional Analyst to drive the alignment of finance business needs with IT solutions, ensuring process efficiency and regulatory compliance within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for finance IT solutions
- Oversee and manage testing phases such as UAT, integration and regression, and validate deliverables
- Coordinate technical teams including developers, integrators and functional analysts, as well as external partners
- Ensure IT solutions support finance processes, improve efficiency and comply with regulations
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in SAP ERP within finance environments such as AP/AR, Budgeting, P2P, O2C, SAP FICO, S4Hana or SRM, and accounting/financial settings
- Knowledge of Power BI, MS Office and SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Skills in analytical and problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management, and translating business needs into specifications
- Background in NFR & Goods, financial planning/analysis tools, other SAP Finance modules, integration concepts such as APIs and ETL, and understanding of security and compliance in financial systems
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
