We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Azure Engineer to join our software, system, and test engineering team, contributing to the support, optimization, and reliability of Azure Kubernetes Service clusters.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on mission-critical solutions, enhancing observability, security, and automation. If you are passionate about Azure cloud technologies and thrive in dynamic environments, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Azure Kubernetes Service clusters
- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads including Pods, Deployments, and Services
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Maintain and enhance observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Perform cluster upgrades and scaling in coordination with Azure cloud services
- Ensure security compliance through RBAC, Azure AD integration, and Network Policies
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving ingress, load balancers, and DNS
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve deployment reliability
- Document runbooks, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to incidents and outages
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Proven leadership in managing complex cloud infrastructure
- Track record of successful infrastructure-as-code deployment using Terraform
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions
- Proficient knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency B2 Upper Intermediate
Nice to have
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Experience with Prometheus
- Familiarity with service mesh architectures
- Knowledge of advanced Azure networking features
- Experience in automated security compliance testing
