We are seeking a skilled Senior Power BI Developer to drive the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards while ensuring optimal workspace and capacity management.
This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards
- Transform data into meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage capacities and workspaces within the Power BI environment effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement bespoke solutions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and analytics
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot any issues in Power BI solutions
- Support and guide end-users in utilizing Power BI tools
- Stay informed about advancements in Power BI features and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Power BI development
- Proficiency in Power BI capacities, workspace management, and DAX/Power Query
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, tenant REST API, and Power BI reporting
- Strong SQL and database management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView
- Background in data integration using advanced tools
- Expertise in advanced data modeling strategies
