What you’ll own as the Senior QA Automation Engineer
You will be working with a team dedicated to delivering critical financial service applications written in C# .NET and deployed to Amazon Web Services
As a QA Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
Performing manual and automated testing and communicating activities and findings
Controlling and managing daily test activities
Providing internal quality assurance
What you'll bring
Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management.
Experience with primary database engines and the ability to write data validation and troubleshooting queries.
Expertise in at least one object-oriented language.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4-5 years of experience of API Testing --with Postman and Swagger
Hands-on testing experience in both automation and manual testing with Strong Functional testing skills
BDD experience
Continuous integration tools and source control experience - Jenkins, Github
Test Management software experience
Thorough understanding of standard testing principles, methodologies and terminology
Risk analysis with application to test prioritization
Strong analytical, debugging skills
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in automation testing tools like Selenium Web driver, with good programming skill
Splunk Dashboard /queries/Alerts experience
Azure DevOps knowledge
AWS resources experience - S3 / EC2, SQS
Kafka knowledge
Knowledge about financial products and services
