Your Impact
As a Revenue Operations Analyst within OpenText’s Professional Services group, you’ll play a key role in enabling operational excellence across the business. Supporting regional leaders, you’ll provide critical insights, manage project tracking, and ensure financial accuracy to drive performance and mitigate risk. Your work will directly influence decision-making, revenue recognition, and the overall health of the business, making you a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You Need to Succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in a services environment
- Strong business acumen and Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with tools such as SAP, NetSuite, OpenAir, or Changepoint
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
