What the Role Offers
- Lead the successful implementation of solutions, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
- Design and develop new features while maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to enhance system efficiency.
- Drive innovation by defining and implementing technology best practices.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to align on technical solutions.
- Engage with customers and support teams to investigate issues and communicate fix plans.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications etc. and/or relevant experience in the field ( 5+ years)
- Strong programming and debugging skills in Java, with experience in the Spring framework.
- Solid understanding of design and architecture patterns such as REST, MVC, and Publish/Subscribe.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-tier software applications.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud technologies is a plus.
