We are seeking a Senior Tech / DevOps Analyst to join a dynamic tech team dedicated to an advanced Integration Platform. You will focus on API management, event messaging, and bulk data functionalities, collaborating closely with developers, IT operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless integration solutions. The ideal candidate is a technology enthusiast with deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of IT guidelines, including solution integration, deployment, testing, and practices
- Collaborate with technical leads to refine and manage the product backlog
- Maintain and update documentation to guide platform producers and consumers
- Develop and manage tooling for the platform, including developer portals, dashboards, KPIs, and marketplace integrations
- Provide Level 3 support in collaboration with operational teams
- Administer the platform, including its developer portal, and contribute to the creation of metrics and reporting
- Support and guide producers and consumers in adopting and utilizing the platform's functionalities
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role, focusing on API management, cloud platforms, and data integration
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms, such as Azure or Google Cloud
- Expertise in coding with a strong focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative ways of working
- Experience with API management tools
- Proficiency in event messaging technologies
- Competency in working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for technology and ongoing curiosity about new tools and methods
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2+ level) with strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with file transfer and bulk data tools, especially Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of Kong for API management
- Skills in Azure Service Bus
- Understanding of event-driven architecture technologies and trends
