As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate with designers, product owners, and developers to enhance the GEO product, ensuring effortless interactions and usability.

What to Expect:
- Lead user research to uncover insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Define and execute research strategies, selecting appropriate methodologies, designing surveys, and recruiting target user groups.
- Develop personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize and enhance user experiences.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Ensure consistency in UI elements, maintaining alignment with design systems, style guides, and best practices.
- Manage and evolve design systems, refining style guides, patterns, and reusable components.
- Conduct usability tests and iterate based on user feedback to enhance functionality and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring user experience is prioritized throughout the product lifecycle.
- Establish and refine design guidelines, contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of UX/UI best practices.
What Sets You Apart:
- At least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
- A preference for the human-centered design process when developing interactive systems.
- Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., FIGMA, Useberry, Miro) and enthusiasm for learning new ones.
- Passion for iterative, agile work (e.g., Scrum).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex design concepts.
