What You’ll Do

  • Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
  • Develop and support internal and external processes to enhance software delivery efficiency and quality
  • Create a strategy for continuous delivery risk management, enabling proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
  • Take accountability for technical leadership in delivery, ensuring robust and future-proof architecture
  • Effectively communicate the business value of SAP solutions to clients and align them with their objectives
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Ensure the successful delivery of customer projects while adhering to EPAM processes and methodologies
  • Manage customer expectations, address issues, and cooperate with Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships
  • Gather feedback from key business users, identify gaps, make recommendations, and lead implementations for improvements
  • Work with the Project Management team to analyze, design, build, test, and implement solutions on time
  • Prepare project estimations and develop project plans, incorporating all necessary variables
  • Assure governance of delivery management and production processes according to the chosen delivery model
  • Act as the single point of responsibility for all delivery-related matters, including escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
  • Measure and improve delivery productivity and create timelines for multiple streams, considering internal and external dependencies

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience delivering services or projects in support of SAP systems, integration, security, and DevOps areas as a Manager, e.g., Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Team Leader
  • 5+ experience in SAP solution support toolset and methodologies: SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, SAP Release management
  • 3+ experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM) in both Cloud in on-premise environments 
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework (Service Operations) and Agile practices, ITSM, ITILv3, as well as related to development practices and toolset
  • Experience in setting up service projects in the area of SAP solutions
  • Ability to manage a team of 10+ people and resolve people management issues
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills within SAP systems/environment
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Ability to work without supervision and make decisions
  • Stress resistance
  • English proficiency level - B2 and higher

Nice to have

  • Understanding of ABAP dictionary and data model for one or more SAP Business Suite products
  • Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options
  • Capability to present SAP features and innovations tailored to potential customer needs
  • German B1+ level – ability to communicate with the clients on German


      Responsible for the Manpower of 50-100 employees of a High End Production Facility, including recruitments, monitoring and maintaining.

      Be the advisory unit in the Plant who provides management continuous status regarding the workforce of the Plant 

      Update all employees’ records with all required information and/or changes in employment status

      Management of the recruitment process (JD definition and posting, interviews, negotiations, discussions with recruiting agencies, preparation and submission of offers etc.)

      Permanent communication with employees about their status, feelings, needs, promotion, satisfaction, etc.

      Daily timekeeping of the employees and preparing required reports to the management

      Keep track of employees’ leaves

      Keep track of employees’ delegations

      Keep track of employees' daily attendance

      Plan and track the performance evaluation sessions

      Plan and ensure the annual occupational medicine control

      Prepare and review benefits and compensation packages

      Administer health and life insurance programs, private pension contributions 

      Implement training and development plans

      Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records

      Advise and implement HR policies throughout the organization

      Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

      Management of the GDPR, Reges, Ethic and Antibribery codes

      Interface with the relevant state authorities

      Participates and helps with internal and external audits 

      Preparing reports and communication with the management
