| What You’ll Do - Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
- Develop and support internal and external processes to enhance software delivery efficiency and quality
- Create a strategy for continuous delivery risk management, enabling proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Take accountability for technical leadership in delivery, ensuring robust and future-proof architecture
- Effectively communicate the business value of SAP solutions to clients and align them with their objectives
- Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
- Ensure the successful delivery of customer projects while adhering to EPAM processes and methodologies
- Manage customer expectations, address issues, and cooperate with Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships
- Gather feedback from key business users, identify gaps, make recommendations, and lead implementations for improvements
- Work with the Project Management team to analyze, design, build, test, and implement solutions on time
- Prepare project estimations and develop project plans, incorporating all necessary variables
- Assure governance of delivery management and production processes according to the chosen delivery model
- Act as the single point of responsibility for all delivery-related matters, including escalations, upsells, and ramp-downs
- Measure and improve delivery productivity and create timelines for multiple streams, considering internal and external dependencies
What You Have - 5+ years of experience delivering services or projects in support of SAP systems, integration, security, and DevOps areas as a Manager, e.g., Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Team Leader
- 5+ experience in SAP solution support toolset and methodologies: SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, SAP Release management
- 3+ experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM) in both Cloud in on-premise environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework (Service Operations) and Agile practices, ITSM, ITILv3, as well as related to development practices and toolset
- Experience in setting up service projects in the area of SAP solutions
- Ability to manage a team of 10+ people and resolve people management issues
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills within SAP systems/environment
- Excellent communicational skills
- Ability to work without supervision and make decisions

- English proficiency level - B2 and higher
Nice to have - Understanding of ABAP dictionary and data model for one or more SAP Business Suite products
- Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options
