Short Description:
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for implement and support assignment rules. Implemented work flows. Gather, document and drive business/technical requirements for various business units. Provide strategic advice, deliver technology innovation and design / implement solutions in large and complex deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on the CMDB and ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming for client-side and server-side scripting.
- Strong web design skills, including HTML and Angular, for service portal development.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and use Performance Analytics for service performance assessment.
- Familiarity with project management best practices and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

ServiceNow Micro-Certification - CMDB Health

- Fluent English;

Job Responsibilities:
- The ServiceNow developer specializing in the CMDB & ITSM module will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining features.
- Manage tables, forms, business rules, system configuration.
- Develop and maintain client-side scripts and server-side scripts on the ServiceNow platform. Create Business Rules and Scripted REST APIs to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and generate relevant reports to highlight information. Utilize the Performance Analytics tool to analyse data and identify potential improvements.
- Design and develop custom dashboards to enable stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare packages and components related to developments made. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate deployment and delivery management.
- Challenge user stories by providing technical input to BA requirements and integrate features in a global SN implementation project.
- Design, develop, and enhance the service portal using HTML and Angular languages and/or UI Builder module. Ensure a user-friendly interface and optimal user experience for system users.
