What you´ll do
- Support the Regional SHE Head in executing the regional SHE strategy and changing agenda.
- Implement global and regional SHE processes, standards, and programs at site level.
- Ensure consistent application of SHE management systems across assigned sites.
- Monitor compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory SHE requirements.
- Identify local SHE risks and improvement opportunities, escalating systemic issues to the Regional SHE Head.
- Lead site SHE audits, inspections, and assessments; track corrective actions to closure.
- Provide SHE input to site projects, ensuring risk management and compliance are embedded.
- Champion SHE culture initiatives through training, awareness, and communication.
- Act as primary SHE contact for site leadership, employees, contractors, and external authorities.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, including root cause analysis.
- Intervene and stop unsafe acts or conditions, ensuring immediate corrective measures.
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) + local language proficiency based on location (Spanish or Polish or Romanian or Hungarian), additional language is a plus.
- Multiple locations available: Spain (Montornes), Poland (Staporkow), Romania (Bucharest/Pantelimon), Hungary (Budapest)
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of SHE and operational experience, experience as a SHE manager at site level and preferably in multi-site or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, ISO standards, and management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across diverse teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to promote a strong SHE culture and drive behavioral change.
