The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our engineering team for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications and services within a complex, distributed architecture. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall architecture and performance of our solutions.
What the role offers
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications and microservices
- Collaborate closely with product owners, system architects, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software.
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and uphold coding standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers and share knowledge within the team and the larger organization.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of professional experience with Java development
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Driven, self-reliant, quick learner, highly responsible and with can-do attitude.
