- Unsere Bestandskunden und Partner hoch professionell technisch und fachlich Betreuen
- Die komplexe Kundenprobleme und Anfragen dokumentieren, analysieren und bearbeiten
- Entsprechenden Lösungen erarbeiten und testen
- die Schnittstelle zwischen Nutzern und Entwicklung sein
DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
- Bereitschaft zur Erforschung komplexer Software-und IT-Systeme
- Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Anwendergruppen zu kommunizieren (IT, HR)
- Du arbeitest effektiv und kannst Prioritäten setzen
- 3-5 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung in Microsoft Windows
- Umgebung (Linux/Unix ist von Vorteil)
