Your impact:
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be part of our growing Presales team, assisting colleagues from our global offices with system configuration, trainings, data setup and maintenance.
By preparing different demo scenarios, you’ll get the chance to learn and work with some of the latest real estate software products such as Voyager, Elevate, CommercialCafe, RentCafe, etc.
This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What you'll bring along:
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field;
- Fluency in English;
- 2+ years of relevant work experience;
- Advanced accounting knowledge;
- Very strong analytical skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Understanding the functionalities of the ERP systems.
It is considered a plus:
- Excel and SQL knowledge;
- Good German/French language skills.
What you'll do:
- Installing and maintaining the demo environments;
- Preparing the data for demos;
- Hold product demos (online or in-person) for potential clients and prospects;
- Testing new products and functionalities;
- Answering functional questions for client RFPs;
- Troubleshooting for internal instances of the Yardi products;
- Running queries in database tables.
