ABOUT THE JOB
- You will join a planning team responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of the whole company.
- Your main role within the team will be ensuring correct stock levels in our stores to provide the right level of customer service.
- You will become a part of a cross-functional team working on exciting projects like automatizations, with a lot of opportunities to grow and an inclusive leadership approach.
- You will also be responsible for defining and optimizing the product assortment per store, cluster, and banner, ensuring the right product is available in the right location based on store profile, performance, and strategic priorities.
- This role requires a strong mix of data analysis, strategic thinking, and operational execution to support commercial and supply chain objectives.
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER COORDINATOR?
• You have relevant experience gained in the retail sector;
• You have a proven record with planning tools;
• Advanced Excel is a must;
• You will be working in a cross-functional network as well as with higher management, so you need to feel comfortable leading discussions and driving conclusions based on prepared analysis;
• You will be coordinating a team of 3 supply chain specialists;
• In order to succeed in this fast-paced environment, you need to have problem-solving skills and an approach that enables you to be an excellent executor, constantly monitoring and following up on goals.
• You have experience or a strong understanding of assortment planning, store clustering, and SKU-level performance optimization.
• You are confident working with tools and data to define store-specific or regional assortments that align with commercial and operational KPIs.
• You are able to translate sales and inventory data into actionable assortment recommendations, adjusting plans based on local demand, seasonality, and strategic product lifecycle decisions.
