What tasks await you:
- Supporting customers with technical vulnerability remediation
- Solving software and operating system problems
- Processing and documenting incidents in the ticket system and other platforms
- Ensuring that IT systems function smoothly
- Analyzing and resolving application-related and non-application-related vulnerabilities
- Working closely with vulnerability analysts and other specialist departments
- Specialist collaboration in projects
Skill Set:
- Successfully completed training in the field of IT or comparable qualification
- Experience in performing error analyses in software applications and Microsoft operating systems
- Good communication skills
- Interest in technology and problem solving
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
