Your role
- Design and document the onboarding process for access to key business systems and applications.
- Define and maintain access request workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations to align access procedures with organizational policies.
- Monitor and track access requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Generate and share regular reports on access request status, trends, and potential bottlenecks.
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding access-related issues and inquiries and continuously improve access processes based on feedback and operational needs.
Your profile
- Have good English language skills (min. B2);
- Experience in system access management, IT support, or business operations and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
- Familiarity with business applications and access control tools also strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience with onboarding processes and workflow design.
