We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our dynamic team, driving the implementation of innovative IT solutions and ensuring seamless integration within our organization.
This role involves analyzing stakeholder requirements, designing optimized technical solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of projects involving IT components such as applications, modules, and information systems
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications using Change Request Documents (CRDs)
- Produce technical and functional documentation to support project and operational needs
- Convey technical requirements to internal and external partners using a standardized request submission process
- Validate technical solutions proposed by partners through Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to ensure optimal integration across applications, infrastructure, and data
- Provide support during the project lifecycle, including assistance with UAT and obtaining UAT signoff
- Assist with communication and transformation tasks during the "Change Management" process, as well as production deployment and hyper care
- Offer Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to enhance and streamline repetitive processes
- Propose and identify process and technical solution optimizations in conjunction with external partners and internal IT teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with technical expertise in e-commerce domains
- Proficiency in implementing SAP Hybris solutions, microservices architecture, and REST APIs
- Background in writing technical and functional documentation and designing technical test scenarios
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken
- Understanding of business process analysis and stakeholder communication for effective IT-to-business alignment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with large-scale IT systems within retail or supply chain industries
- Expertise in advanced SAP functionalities or their integration into third-party platforms
- Flexibility to use emerging e-commerce technologies to drive innovation
