IMSAT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about engineering and technical recruitment, with experience in identifying and attracting the right candidates for both blue and white-collar roles. 📍This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bucharest office.
What will your responsibilities be?
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions (fitters, electricians, welders, engineers, technicians, etc.);
🔹 Understand the hiring needs of managers and provide fast and efficient recruitment solutions;
🔹 Create and publish job ads on relevant platforms and promote open roles;
🔹 Actively source and engage suitable candidates for open positions;
🔹 Organize and conduct interviews and prepare candidate shortlists;
🔹 Collaborate closely with department managers and the HR team;
🔹 Attend job fairs, employer branding events and recruitment campaigns;
🔹 Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
What are we looking for?
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles (both blue and white-collar);
🔹 Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers in technical/operational areas;
🔹 Mandatory previous experience in industrial or construction field;
🔹 Good command of English;
🔹 Experience working with databases and ATS;
🔹 Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills;
🔹 Proactive mindset, open to innovation and comfortable working in a dynamic, technical environment.
