We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Specialist (Customizer & Developer) with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, and Service processes. You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to support our agile digital product teams. Your expertise will help bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of our digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience customizing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- Proven experience in digitalizing business processes, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service domains
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with system integrations (SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe Experience manager, etc.) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in product-centric teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Nice to have:
- Experience with additional CRM/ERP platforms (SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service,..)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is an advantage
- Lead the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service modules) to meet evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers) to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe AEM,..)
- Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components
- Contribute on the key application lifecycle milestones (requirements gathering, functional/technical analysis, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support)
- Ensure high quality and reliability of customizations through rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners as needed
