Role Summary:

We’re excited to welcome an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to our Workflows Engineering team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation and client onboarding programs across our data platforms and frontend systems. Your ability to dive into details, resolving technical blockers, and collaborating across engineering and product teams will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

Your work will make a real impact by crafting technology that powers our business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love connecting technical detail with big-picture goals, this is your opportunity to grow and lead.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Delivery: Define and own delivery roadmaps, run working groups and keep projects moving forward. Anticipate risks and dependencies before they become issues.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineers, architects, business analysts, product owners, and clients to align technology with business needs. You’ll foster trust and transparency.
  • Solve Technical Blockers: Dive into architecture, logs, or code when needed to unblock progress. Your technical insight will help teams overcome challenges like resolving complex design decisions, integration challenges or performance issues.
  • Champion Agile & DevOps: Promote iterative delivery, automation, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead governance forums, apply robust change control processes, and deliver tailored updates that resonate with each audience—from developers to senior leaders.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Scope & Planning: Define and maintain clear project scope, developing roadmaps that address cross-team dependencies, using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and sophisticated planning and reporting dashboards.
  • Technical Delivery Ownership: Drive delivery across all impacted systems to ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. Understand system architecture and interdependencies; proactively solve issues, including reviewing logs or collaborating with engineers on code-level challenges.
  • Risk & Dependency Management (RAID): Proactively identify, track, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies across multiple streams.
  • Decision-Making & Governance: Apply strong influencing skills to secure customer alignment and make informed decisions that improve business value.
  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, timely, concise, actionable status updates tailored for diverse audiences—so priorities, progress, risks and mitigation strategies remain transparent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion standard methodologies in Agile delivery, DevOps, and automation. Find opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Consistent track record in delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions across data platforms and frontend applications.
  • Proven understanding of data-driven architectures, including ingestion, transformation, and API integration.
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking, with working knowledge of trading systems and market data flows.
  • Technical proficiency to unblock delivery challenges. Familiarity with:
    • Frontend & Programming: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python
    • Data & APIs: GraphQL, REST, DynamoDB, relational databases
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical customers.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—able to make decisions, resolve conflicts, and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Benefits:
