Responsibilities:
Steering for general operations processes
Participate at Incident and Problem Board every few weeks in a rolling process with all network teams
Escalation management
Order control & resource management based on Jira
Interact with the servicedesk for operational improvements & training of servicedesk members for better 1st level support
1st contact for network competence center (in case of escalations from this team, you are being contacted as a first contact for the impacted client)
Reviewing new service packets to the team
Organization & planning the availability of the team
Assuring that the technical skills are up to date for the team you lead, for current and future clients or new technologies for products we want to sell to the clients
Support for project control, assuring the the project which is being implemented for a new or existing client is being done according to the plan
Weekly Jour Fixes with the customer
Ressource management
Minimum of 7+ years in network security or cloud architecture.
Requirements:
Cisco networking (LAN/WLAN, Routing/Switching) with Catalyst and Nexus
Advanced English and German Language skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business language for stakeholders.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT infrastructure services.
