Adecco is recruiting a Trade Marketing Specialist with German for a major client in Tabaco industry to support the development in Germany and Spain.
This is not a direct sales role. Instead, the position focuses on improving trade marketing execution, enabling local distributor partners, and enhancing overall in‑market performance.
The Trade Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales teams, distributor partners, and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent and effective commercial execution.

Markets Covered: Germany & Spain
- Advanced German language skills (mandatory)
- Previous experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or commercial execution
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with performance data
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Availability for periodic travel to Germany and Spain
- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Partner with local distributors and field sales teams to strengthen trade marketing and sales execution across Germany and Spain
- Plan and coordinate trade initiatives and cycle plans, ensuring timely implementation and achievement of market-level KPIs
- Conduct regular market visits and ride-alongs to assess in-store execution, distribution quality, and promotional effectiveness
- Identify execution gaps and provide actionable recommendations to partner sales teams
- Track sell-in / sell-out data and key trade KPIs to generate insights and structured performance reports for HQ
- Support partners with ROI-based prioritization of trade activities and investment allocation
- Consolidate field findings, photos, and observations into clear and structured reporting
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and promotional trends across both markets
- Facilitate sharing of best practices between markets to drive execution consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and business development teams to support commercial performance
