Responsibilities:
- Collecting orders from visitors – taking guest orders accurately and providing menu recommendations when needed.
- Setting tables – preparing tables according to service standards, ensuring proper arrangement of tableware.
- Replacing cutlery – promptly changing cutlery and table settings between courses for guest comfort.
- Distribution of orders between the bartender and the cook – coordinating orders efficiently between the kitchen and the bar to maintain smooth workflow.
- Serving ready dishes – delivering meals and beverages to guests with attention to detail and service etiquette.
- Accounting with customers – handling bills, processing payments, and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant hall – keeping the dining area tidy, clean, and presentable at all times.
Salary:
From €2000 to €3000 - per month, accommodation, three meals per day, airline tickets from Milan or Rome and back – at the employer's expense.
Requirements:
- education – secondary;
- basic English language knowledge;
