Are you a proactive and detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of engineering, project management, and production? We are looking for a dedicated Working Student in Prototype Coordination to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the development of our next-generation products, supporting our Prototype Coordinators and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of Prototype Coordinators/ Engineering
Organize and maintain project files and databases
Support creating presentations and reports
Organize regular meetings and support with meeting minutes preparation
Assist in creating prototype build timelines to support material and plant planning
Coordinate order creation and track internal workflows
Support in the prototype forecasting process, focusing on sample shop capacities and prioritization of prototype orders
Help extract and sort monthly key figures on prototype quantities and lead times
Assist in tracking the sample build process and communicating progress to the engineering and sales teams
Create and track prototype orders (sales or engineering)
Support continuous improvement processes and rollout of process improvements within the business unit
Who you are:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master’s degree program in engineering, economics, business, or any other fields with an interest in working in a multicultural environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
Interest in production planning and process improvement
You are open to working on a full-time program
You would be a perfect match for our team if:
You have advanced computer operating skills (Microsoft Office),
Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements), pivot tables, data sorting, filtering, and basic data visualization for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
You are dedicated, and flexible, with team spirit, strong communication, and social skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain structured project documentation (digital and physical), and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team (including virtual teams) and interacting with various internal departments,
You have an independent and proactive working style, a solutions-oriented mindset, keen to learn and adapt to new challenges, open to seeking information and providing updates.
You can prioritize, and manage time effectively, understand the importance of supporting internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales) and ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and you are customer-oriented.
- You have good communication skills, the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences (engineers, sales, management).
The languages you should know:
• Good English knowledge is mandatory (at least B2), German language knowledge would be a plus
