Compară We were delighted to take part in the “Career Orientation” program organised during the UBB Career Days by the Association of Physics Students at Babeș-Bolyai University (Asociația Studenților Fizicieni din Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai).
The goal of this initiative is to provide students with a clear view of life and career opportunities after graduation, helping them navigate their next steps with confidence.
We contributed to a workshop focused on:
✅ Work and workplace realities
✅ Building confidence as young professionals
✅ Understanding the expectations and strengths of the new generation
We also took the opportunity to present our summer practice program, designed to support students in gaining practical experience and developing their technical skills.
A heartfelt thank you to Karina Dumitras, one of the project coordinators, for the invitation and for fostering such an inspiring environment for student development.
At ARRK, we are committed to supporting young talent and building bridges between academia and industry.
