Codecamp is one of Romania’s most renowned IT conferences, known for bringing together passionate professionals, thought leaders, and tech enthusiasts to explore the latest in software development, testing, and innovation. The Timisoara edition was no exception—it was a vibrant gathering filled with energy, curiosity, and meaningful conversations.
We joined the event as TechVoice Partners, contributing to the dialogue around the future of technology. Our booth was a lively hub of activity throughout the day, where visitors engaged in interactive experiences, connected with our team, and walked away with exciting prizes. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and showcase our passion for technology.
A highlight of the day was the session delivered by our colleagues Alexandru Ghiura, Technical Director, and Alex Colta, Test Lead. Their talk on how GenAI is transforming Quality Engineering sparked great interest, offering practical insights into how AI is reshaping early QA processes—from summarizing specifications to designing test cases and redefining automation frameworks. Their message was clear: GenAI is not just a trend, but a powerful enabler of smarter, faster, and more cost-effective quality assurance.
Meet Alexandru Colta and Alexandru Ghiura:
Alexandru Colta is a Test Lead with over 14 years of experience in QE Automation Testing. An Artificial Intelligence enthusiast since college, Alex combines deep expertise in Quality Engineering with a passion for AI to drive innovation in software testing and related processes.
Alexandru Ghiura is a Technical Director with over 18 years of experience in SaaS, distributed systems, and AI. Specialized in microservices, cloud platforms, and data-intensive applications, Alex has founded startups, mentored emerging talents, and is currently leading GenAI initiatives and team growth.
