Internship DevOps

11.12.2023

We're beyond excited to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our talented DevOps interns who have just completed their 3-month internship program! 🎉
Daniil Sorocean, Victor Bucicovschii, Alexandr Boicenco, Daniel Balan – you’ve done amazing work!

Here's what our interns said about their experience participating in the program:

🔸Daniil told us: “The program as a whole is designed to prepare individuals for work. It provides a solid foundation for interns to learn new and interesting knowledge and develop a skill set that will be useful in the workplace.”
🔸Victor shared: "The program emphasized the importance of teamwork, communication and problem solving, which I implemented when collaborating with fellow interns and receiving guidance from my mentor."
🔸Alexandr added: "The internship program helped me to learn some things that are important for teamwork. I learned that if you have a problem with your task, you should ask your teammates for help."

Our interns truly understand the value of teamwork, communication and problem solving in their success. They discovered new tools, broadened their understanding of DevOps concepts and experienced the power of collaboration.

The mentorship they received from our expert, Prescornic Andrei, played a critical role in their growth, as they’ve gained invaluable insights into industry best practices and real-world use cases that will serve them well in their DevOps’ careers.
They've worked with leading tools like hashtag#Terraform, hashtag#Docker, hashtag#Kubernetes and hashtag#Jenkins, and built an essential skill set to enter the DevOps world.

What is their advice to future interns?
🔸Daniil mentioned: “Do not give up – although you might face challenges, it is important to keep going. It's also helpful to remember that you are not the first person to face these challenges and that others have found ways to solve them.”
🔸Daniel also shared a valuable tip: "Focus on the big picture of the DevOps culture; try to understand the purpose of the tools you use, and of course, when you have the chance, take advantage of the expertise of your colleagues."
🔸Victor emphasiszd the importance of continuous development: “For future interns, my advice would be to immerse yourself in the learning experience. Be curious, don't be afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed, and try to understand not just the 'how' but also the 'why' of things. Additionally, take the initiative to explore new technologies and tools beyond the ones you are already familiar with. Also, remember that soft skills like collaboration, communication and problem-solving are as important as technical prowess in a DevOps environment.”

At Software Mind, we're passionate about empowering the next generation of tech enthusiasts and driving innovation in our industry.

Congratulations to our interns, we can't wait to see where your journeys take you next! 🌟
