We are looking for an enthusiastic Email & Social Media Specialist to help us create and execute winning campaigns across email and social platforms. You will play a key role in the development and execution of strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation for our fast-growing B2B products: Corom and Kube.
This position represents a great learning and professional growth opportunity, as you’ll join a team of over 130 marketing specialists working on various Yardi products.
This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Therefore, please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of online marketing experience, with a focus on both email marketing and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements (email automation, social media trends, A/B testing, conversion optimization, etc.).
- Excellent U.S. English skills, both verbal & written (C1+ level).
- Technically oriented and comfortable using various digital tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond to changing priorities.
It is considered a plus:
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with Blueshift or other email automation tool.
- Knowledge of HubSpot (CRM and inbound marketing platform)
What you'll do:
You would be responsible for planning and executing email and social media strategies to grow and engage B2B audiences for our Corom and Kube products.
- Write and edit compelling email content and design layouts, including quarterly newsletters for Corom and Kube
- Plan, write, and publish social media content, ensuring consistent messaging across channels
- Set up, test, and monitor campaigns in third-party tools
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and layouts
- Contribute to short- and mid-term strategy planning for email marketing
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, while engaging target audiences to boost visibility and credibility
- Monitor email deliverability and list health, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Monitor brand reputation and industry trends, acting as the brand voice in key conversations
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and reach
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to maintain a unified brand voice across all communications
