How to calculate - Net Salary Calculator or Gross Salary Calculator

Net or Gross Salary Calculator 2024 Romania is the tool to assist employees and employers in seeking information or clarification on how to calculate from gross to net salary.
As a future or experienced employee, the net salary or gross salary formula is vital information to understand your employer's expenses and the final amount that will represent your compensation, your net salary. Also, with these details, you can analyse and compare salaries with other employees in the same positions or industries.
An online salary calculator will help you from both the employee and employer's perspective to check the exact calculation for each monthly contribution paid to the state under current legislation, i.e. the share of net salary in gross salary. The Undelucram.ro salary calculator also offers the possibility to convert the gross or net salary from RON to EUR at the same time, displaying also the reference value of the bank rate.

Gross Pay Calculator - Gross Pay is the sum of all expenses paid by the employer for an employee, in the amount of contributions such as social security (CAS), health insurance (CASS) and income tax, including the corresponding amount of net pay.

Net Salary Calculator - The net salary is the difference between the gross salary and the contributions paid to the state by the employer. Often, in official salary information or in communication with the employer or future employer, the gross salary will be mentioned, which in most cases represents more than 40% of the taxes paid to the state, the difference being the net salary, which is the final amount paid to the employee.
For employees in the constructions sector, the tax structure is different, with social contributions being the main tax covered by the employer, plus the net salary.
