THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Games Specialist to join its team in Romania.

As a Games Specialist at an international gambling company, you will assist the interactive Casino manager with running the day-to-day Casino operation on a selected 777 brand.

YOUR ROLE

The main purpose of the role is to take care of the maintenance of the Casino vertical on all 777 brands to ensure continuous growth of the casino activity. You will report to 777’s Casino Operations Manager and assist her with executing the daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc tasks around game releases, content updates and promotional activities.

  • Ensure the timely launch of new casino games in accordance with internal procedures, brand standards, and compliance/regulatory policies.
  • Conduct basic functionality and quality checks to verify that the new games meet internal criteria and regulatory requirements (QA experience is an asset, but not mandatory)
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external providers.
  • Monitor and assist in resolving technical or product/content issues affecting casino games or providers.
  • Make sure that the Casino content is updated and most relevant for our players and assist the Casino Operational Manager with any requests related to content.
  • Constantly reviewing the product and suggest improvements to the Casino operations manager.
  • Help develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve day to day procedures and product development.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in a similar role in gaming industry is a plus
  • Attractiveness for IT and product
  • QA experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of back office management tools
  • Great team spirit and a good capacity to work autonomously
  • Keen interest of the Casino Industry
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Customer oriented, proactive mindset and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, oral and written – Knowledge of German or French is a plus
