We have an opportunity for an Intern in Sales Department-Technical Proposals to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest. You will be involved in generating accurate estimates for projects related to Fire Detection, Public Address and Voice Evacuation systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customers, to ensure that all project requirements are met and that estimates reflect accurate costs and expected outcomes.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to produce accurate technical estimates for fire detection, public address, and voice evacuation systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide viable solutions
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses
- Offer support in preparing and presenting estimation reports to stakeholders for review and approval
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and related documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Work closely with senior estimation engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
• Enrolled as last-year student at Bachelor’s degree or student at Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably electrical, electronics, automation, building services)
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Southeast Europe re-gion is an advantage
WE VALUE
• Any previous experience / internship in technical estimation, particularly within the fire de-tection and communication systems sectors
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards relevant to fire de-tection and evacuation systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales operations processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
