About Us

What We’re Looking For 

  • You: energetic, eager to learn. We welcome graduate students or recent graduates especially

  • Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and a motivated, versatile mindset. 

Your Role 

  • Communicate fluently in English via email, phone, and video calls. 

  • Conduct thorough research and perform comparisons. 

  • Accurately enter and manage data in records and files. 

  • Organize and maintain company documents and databases. 

  • Coordinate effectively with supervisors and colleagues in English. 

Qualifications 

  • English Proficiency: Level C1 or higher (spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. 

  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking. 

  • Comfortable with office equipment (computer, phone, etc.)

  • No prior experience is required—our team will provide comprehensive training!
