IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with at least 2 years of recruiting in the IT industry
- Knowledgeable about how a software development company operates
- Aware of full lifecycle recruiting components from sourcing to onboarding
- A bright and engaging presenter
- Result-oriented and willing to take ownership of outcomes
- Motivated to manage customer and partner expectations effectively
- Skilled in written and oral communication with an upper-intermediate level of English
AND YOU WANT TO
- Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates
- Evaluate if candidates meet the position's requirements
- Prepare candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers by providing detailed information about our company, business strategy, department specifics, job descriptions, and defining applicants' expectations
- Conduct interviews with a Tech Expert and Hiring Managers
- Perform as the primary contact point for candidates and conduct the full recruiting cycle (communicating status, answering questions, and coordinating all follow-up efforts)
- Communicate regarding recruiting achievement, providing updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
- Maintain the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports
- Analyze the external labor market as per company's needs permanently and respond to it proactively
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team, attending events, career fairs, etc., to extend the recruiting pipeline
