Senior Pricing Analyst - hybrid
As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible for executing IA/ GBE pricing strategies to optimize profitability and competitiveness. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

| Responsibilities for Internal Candidates |
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and apply pricing analytics to capture value and identify new business opportunities.
- Track monthly pricing performance, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement, convert identified opportunities into actionable projects and drive their execution to improve pricing outcomes.
- Assist the commercial team in identifying sales opportunities based on revenue analysis, support reviews and analyses of special pricing requests for sales opportunities requiring approval.
- Develop and implement processes to reduce customer price disputes, streamline rebate claims, and optimize discount structures.
- Understand customer segmentation and critical value elements to propose targeted pricing strategies.
| Qualifications for Internal Candidates |
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, marketing).
- Mid-level experience in a similar pricing analyst role, with a strong track record in pricing strategy and project management.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with data extraction and transformation using Business Intelligence tools .
- Analytical mindset and should be good on Tableau dashboard to visualize the data.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing successful projects.
